1.Contactless ID card - TK4100/EM4100/EM4200 card In a narrow sense, an ID card is a low-frequency read-only radio frequency card. Now there is an upgraded ID chip on the market, which is readable and writable, and the frequency band is 125KHz. The EM chip is an ID chip imported from Switzerland Microelectronics. There are compatible ID chips in China, the common TK4100 chip. The above chips can be used universally, and there is only a serial number inside the card, without any security function, and the radio frequency identification only identifies the serial number in it. The chip has a total of 330 bits of EPROM (distributed into 10 blocks, each block is 33 bits), which can be read/written from the T5557 reader/writer. Block 0 is the parameter configuration block reserved for setting the operating mode of the T5557. Block 7 can be used as a user data block, and a set of user passwords can be set to protect all data blocks to avoid illegal rewriting without permission. Technical Indicators
  • Non-contact read/write data transfer

  • 7 x 32 bit E2PROM storage space including 32 bit password area
  • A 64-bit storage space is separately opened as a traceable data area for manufacturers
  • The 32-bit configuration register can be set as follows in E2PROM
  • Data rate: fixed value from RF/2 to RF/128 or e5550 (usually used in RF/32 or RF/64)
  • Modulation/coding: FSK, PSK, Manchester, biphase, NRZ (typical: Manchester)

  • Other options: cipher mode, maximum block feature, answer-on-request (AOR) mode (default: PASS=0, MAXB=7, AOR=0); reverse data output, direct access mode, sequence terminator, write protection (every block is fully locked), OTP function, etc.
Memory Structure The memory bank is a 330-bit E2PROM, arranged in 10 blocks of pages 0 and 1, and each block (including the 1-bit lock block bit that is planned at the same time) has 33 bits. Page 0 has 8 memory blocks, block 0 of which contains configuration/control data and is not transferred during normal read operations. Block 7 can be used as a write-protection password by the user. In conjunction with the display value of the largest block, some block values or the 7th block password value can be set to be invisible. Only legitimate users who know the password can access the data block in the card. The first bit of each memory bank, that is, the 0th bit, is the lock block control bit that cannot be viewed but can be rewritten at one time (that is, the OTP feature. For safety reasons, one should provide the OTP function of rewriting the 0th bit of each block) . Block 1 and Block 2 on page 1 contain traceable data and are locked by Atmel during their data planning during manufacturing test. Application Widely used in hotel door lock card, health insurance card, campus card, enterprise/factory attendance card, gas card, Internet card, dining card, game card, student score card, phone card, theater card, entertainment card, etc. NXP HITAG Card - high reliability, robust performance and safe data transmission HITAG series chips are designed for various identification applications, including livestock tracking, casino management, access control and all logistics management applications, etc. It is the first in the market to support complex anti-jamming algorithms and can read multiple tags at the same time tag chip. NXP's HITAG portfolio features four generations of LF transponder ICs. These include HITAG µ, HITAG S, HITAG 2, and HITAG 1 devices. The operating frequency of HITAG transponder chips is 100 to 150kHz, and it can work normally even in harsh environments (such as metal objects within the range of the antenna or in humid environments), free from electronic interference, and can ensure the safety of data transmission. In order to provide the optimum solution for all applications, the ICs in the HITAG portfolio are available in different memory sizes, read/write or read-only access functions, standards-compliant proprietary encryption and in a large number of delivery forms. The transponder ICs used in the HITAG series not only comply with the ISO 11784/85 or ISO 14223 animal identification standards, but also support the ISO 18000-2 industrial standard. HITAG transponder ICs are designed for ultra-low power consumption and provide the long read range required for livestock tracking. HITAG 1 The chip capacity is 2048bit, and the operating distance can reach 1.5m. It has a very precise anti-interference function, allowing several tags to operate simultaneously within the operating range of the reading device. This extremely low-power EEPROM design can have the same distance reading and writing distance. HITAG 2 The chip capacity is 256bit, the operating distance can reach 1.5m, it has multi-mode capability, can operate under different reading devices and baud rates, and supports multiple protocols, so it can be used in various applications. HITAG S The latest member of the HITAG series has 32bit, 256bit, 2048bit capacity, and the operating distance can reach 2m.
