RFID bolt and screw tags offer a seamless solution for permanently attaching an RFID Tag to an item or asset.   The RFID screw tag stands out due to its superior chemical resistance and 360-degree reading capability, making it optimal for manufacturing control tasks. With an operational temperature range spanning from -40°C to +150°C, it's suitable for scenarios where a screw-in RFID tag of this design is essential. Its reading range extends up to 3m, although this depends on the reader. Encased in a unique steel alloy and fortified with premium-grade epoxy, this tag boasts a prolonged lifespan, adapting to various applications over the years.   Crafted from hardened steel, the bolt's body ensures extended durability. Presently, in several automotive industries, this screw tag is embedded into a part, typically metal, loaded with necessary data, and later erased and detached. Subsequently, it's reverted to the start of the process for reuse. However, innovative applications are emerging. For instance, a screw tag can be inserted into an apparatus like an oil or gas valve, a cylinder, or even a plate, functioning as a bolt. Once embedded, it serves as a tracking mechanism, especially useful for tasks like field servicing after the equipment is operational.     Key Features:
